Ferrara, Ruins of S. Andrea Church, December 2016
Through a public-involving performance, we created an installation where Biagio Rossetti’s remains lay: the ancient church of Sant’Andrea, to this day a ruin in Via Camposabbionario. A way of returning dignity to the monument relic, of which only one aisle remains, facing the middle school Dante Alighieri.
The aim is to ‘bury’ the Renaissance architect 500 years after his death, questioning Bruno Zevi’s
‘How to look at Architecture’,
showing at the same time its historical worth.
